A Toggle can change the state of an output or

Boolean variable, which makes it an

interactive version of the Indicator type.

An Action Indicator combines a Button and

an Indicator into one easy-to-use item. The

image displayed by the item is updated based

on the state of a Boolean variable or sequence.

The action can also start a sequence or set the

value of a variable.

Overlay Item Type

An overlay item allows a special type of Touch page to be displayed on any other page as an item.

The item itself has no special appearance or action, but allows the items on an overlay page to be

used instead. This makes it easy to reuse a common set of items across multiple pages. To add an

overlay item, drag “Overlay” from the new items list onto any Touch page and select which

overlay page to display from the drop-down list provided.
